With over a decade in construction, Jose Gomez has built his career from the ground up—starting with hands-on field experience before moving into leadership roles. Now, as the Director of Client Success at Recon 360, LLC, he remains committed to helping HOA clients achieve their goals through tailored solutions, clear communication, and a strong focus on quality.
Jose’s journey and deep understanding of construction from years of working directly in the field followed by roles as an Estimator, Project Manager, and Service Manager, giving him a well-rounded perspective on project execution, client needs, and quality assurance. His focus has always been on clear communication, collaboration, and ensuring that every job is completed efficiently, on budget, and with lasting value.
More than anything, Jose takes pride in building trust with clients and teams, knowing that successful projects come from strong partnerships and a shared commitment to excellence. He approaches challenges as opportunities to find creative solutions and make a meaningful impact.
Outside of work, Jose enjoys hiking, home improvement projects, and reading, but his true passion is cooking—where he finds joy in the same principles that define his professional life: patience, skill, and the drive to continuously improve.
